All Target Circle Card Reloadable Accountholders can enjoy free ATM withdrawals at any AllPoint ATM located in a Target store. ATM withdrawals at AllPoint ATMs outside of Target stores or any other ATM that accepts Visa® debit cards have a fee of $2.50.

Which ATMs can I withdraw money from?

Once you receive and activate your card and set up a PIN, you can use the Visa® debit card issued with your Target Circle Card Reloadable Account for ATM withdrawals anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted, including ATMs at Target stores and international.

Are there any fees, limits or restrictions for ATM withdrawals?
  • Enjoy free ATM withdrawals at any  located inside of a Target store.
  • You can withdraw cash at any Allpoint ATM located outside of a Target store or at any ATM that accepts Visa® debit cards. A $2.50 ATM withdrawal fee will apply. ATM operator fees and decline fees may also apply.

Can subaccount users get cash from an ATM?

A subaccount user can use their card at eligible ATMs once they have activated their personalized card and verified their email. If you wish to disable ATM access on your linked subaccount cards, log in to your Target Circle Card Reloadable Account, select the subaccount you wish to restrict ATM access and click or tap the ‘Settings’ icon to access subaccount settings.
