Add cash to your Target Circle Card Reloadable Account for free at any Target location, or at thousands of other participating retailers, including 7-Eleven, CVS, Dollar General, Rite Aid, and Speedway, for a fee.2​

Here's how to add cash with barcode reload:

Mobile App

Open & log in to the Mobile App.1 Go to Money In and click/tap "Add with Barcode."

Select Retailer

Choose the retailer where you would like to load cash. If loading cash at Target, select a pre-denominated amount. Participating retailers and any applicable fees are listed on the "Add with Barcode" screen.

Add Cash

Show the cashier the unique barcode and give them the cash for the reload & reload fee (if applicable). Your money will be automatically added to your account.

How do I add cash to my account at a Target location?

You can add cash to your account for free at Target store locations using the barcode reload feature in the Mobile App.1​

Follow the steps below to add cash with a barcode:  ​

  1. Open and log in to the Mobile App on your mobile phone
  2. Go to Money In and select “Add Cash with Barcode” ​
  3. Select “Target” from the list​
  4. Select one of the pre-denominated amounts ($20, $30, $40, $50, $60, $100, $200, $300, $00, $500) you plan to load onto your account at a Target location and then click “Generate Barcode”​
  5. A unique barcode will then generate on your screen. The barcode will expire after two hours. The expiration date and time will be displayed at the top of the screen. ​
  6. At the store, show the cashier the barcode on your phone to scan. Give the cashier the cash for the reload to complete the transaction. ​

Your money will be automatically added to your Target Circle Card Reloadable Account. ​

Can I add funds to my account outside of Target?

Yes, you can add funds at thousands of other participating retail locations for a fee of up to $3.95 per transaction using the barcode reload feature in the Mobile App. Follow the directions above, except in step 3, select the applicable retailer from the list and a barcode for that retailer will generate.
